Common questions
How do I connect Cookidoo and my store?
Create an account with each provider first, then enter your login details in the AutoFood form. Never send your password by email or chat.
Who approves and pays for the order?
You review the cart and complete checkout directly with the store. AutoFood does not place or pay for orders.
What if Cookidoo or my store signs me out?
AutoFood tries to sign in again with your saved details. If a provider needs another confirmation step, the app will ask you to complete it.
How can I download or delete my data?
Delete your account in the app’s Settings. To download your data, sign in to the web app and choose “Download my data” in Settings.
